All components are brand new, and come sealed in their original packaging.

Stock

We keep plenty of stock, but will inform you as soon as possible in the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, giving you an expected lead time.  You will then have the option of either receiving a full refund or waiting for the item to come back in stock.

Payment

PayPal accepts popular credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfer (which they call an eCheque). When paying by eCheque, please note that the payment may take up to 10 days to fully clear. We do not send out orders until the funds have been released by PayPal to our account.

Credit cards accepted by PayPal are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron - PayPal also accepts eCheques.



Please note that payment processing is entirely out of our hands; PayPal will take funds from you as soon as you complete their checkout process.

Email & Delivery Address

Please make sure to include your full delivery address when completeing your PayPal details, otherwise despatch of your order may be delayed.

Please also make sure your email address is valid and working, as this is the only method we will have of contacting you. We will use your email address to send you a confirmation email informing you of the despatch of your order, estimated delivery date and your online tracking details.

The email confirmation is not an automated response, therefore you may not receive your confirmation straight away. If you place an order over the weekend, you may not receive your confirmation email until the following Monday.

The junk mail filter on some Hotmail and AOL accounts will move our email to your junk mail folder, so please either check there or add sales@playstationdirect.com to your list of accepted email addresses.

We aim to answer any questions or emails, whether you are a customer or not, within 24 hours.

Packaging

Items are packed securely to ensure that your goods are protected as much as possible.

Despatch

UK orders for in-stock items placed by 3pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am (Sat) will be despatched the same day, all orders for in-stock items received after this time will either be despatched the same day (if possible) or the following working day.

Delivery

All of our prices include delivery within the UK (this does not include the Republic of Ireland. A signature will always be required.

If bought on its own, HDAdvance comes with 2 choices of delivery:


First Class Recorded- usually delivered within 1-2 working days - please be aware, however, that the Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery with this service.

Special Delivery- is available as an option, for an additional £3.00. Delivery is guaranteed the next working day before 1pm, for the majority of UK addresses

All other items:

Special Delivery- Delivery is guaranteed the next working day before 1pm for the Majority of UK Addresses.

Returns

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you wish to return non-faulty goods they will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. This is due to the fact that we consider these goods to be second hand, and as such we would be unable to sell them as brand new. We will also deduct our postage costs from the amount refunded.

Please ensure that you use an insured method of postage (such as Special Delivery), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Also make sure that you return any of the original packaging to us, such as the plastic packaging and cardboard encasing the Network Adaptor, containing the serial number, as we will need this to return the goods to our supplier. We will not accept any returns where the original serial numbers are missing from the goods, or where the serial numbers do not match our records.

Your payment will be refunded once we have received and checked the item. If we find that the goods we supplied to you are faulty, then we will also refund any postage costs incurred by yourself.
